That specialisation means that the Thai Civil and Commercial Code provisions that govern inheritance — including the rules on statutory heirs, the execution of wills, and the administration of estates — are not matters to be researched afresh for each client. They are the everyday working material of the practice.
When older documents are brought in for review, the practice is equipped to read them in light of the law as it stood when they were drafted, as well as the law as it stands today. Where there are differences, the family is told about them plainly.
A Service Model Designed Around the Family
Most law practices charge by the hour and book appointments in discrete units. Boran Law does not. Each service is priced at a fixed fee agreed in advance. Conversations are not timed. Visits may be scheduled over multiple sessions if the family prefers.

Transparent, Fixed-Fee Pricing
The three services offered by Boran Law are priced at ฿ 5,300, ฿ 9,800, and ฿ 13,500 THB respectively. These fees are published, not adjusted after the work has begun, and the only circumstance in which an additional fee would be discussed is if the family wishes to extend the scope of the work — in which case the discussion happens before any extension proceeds.
No retainer is required. No ongoing monthly fee applies unless the family has engaged the long-line succession coordination service with an ongoing review schedule.
Records the Family Can Keep and Use
The outcome of each service is a document the family owns: a plain-language summary of what was reviewed; a photographic record of heirlooms with a will annex; or a structured succession framework with a built-in review schedule. These are working documents, not archive material.
Families are encouraged to keep these documents alongside their other important records, to share them with the relevant family members, and to return to them when circumstances change.
